Travelling to us

Coming from outside the United Kingdom.

Attendance is free for delegates already in the UK. If you are travelling in, there is a £50 registration fee which covers your seat, materials and refreshments — and unlocks a visa invitation letter.

Step 01

Complete the form

Select "outside the UK" and tell us your country. You'll get a booking reference immediately.

Step 02

Pay £50 via PayPal

You're sent straight to PayPal. Card payment works without a PayPal account.

Step 03

Receive your letter

Once payment clears we email your confirmation, then request passport details securely and issue the invitation letter.

About the visa invitation letter

The letter is issued on New Covenant Church Manchester letterhead and confirms your registration, the dates, and the venue. It supports a UK Standard Visitor visa application but does not guarantee a visa — the decision rests entirely with UK Visas and Immigration.

We deliberately do not collect passport numbers on this page. After your payment clears we email a secure request for the details needed on the letter.

Questions

Before you register.

Is it really free?
Yes, for anyone attending from within the UK. The Summit is funded by New Covenant Church Manchester and its sponsors, so there is nothing to pay. If you would like to help cover the cost of a seat for someone else, — it is entirely optional and has no bearing on your place. The £50 fee applies only to delegates travelling internationally.
How do I pay from abroad?
After submitting the form you're taken to PayPal. You can pay with a PayPal balance or with any debit or credit card — a PayPal account isn't required. Your booking reference travels with the payment so it reconciles automatically.
What if my visa is refused?
Contact us at tels@nccmanchester.com with your refusal notice and booking reference and we'll refund the £50 in full.
When are the speakers announced?
Three keynote speakers are being confirmed and will be announced in the new year. Everyone registered is emailed first.
Can I change my track later?
Yes. Tracks help us size the rooms; email us any time before the day and we'll move you.
What about the other TELS programmes?
The Software & Web Development Training runs 14–18 June 2027, and the Incubator runs each September. See nccmanchester.com/tels.
